　　经过医生的检查，健康状况良好的宝贝就可以很快的送到妈妈的身边了。在正常情况下，脐带在出生后3-7天脱落。但在脐带脱落前，脐部易成为细菌 繁殖的温床。脐带结扎后留有脐血管断口，如果脐部感染，细菌及其毒素进入脐血管的断口处并进入血循环，就会引起菌血症。新生儿免疫功能低下，菌血症会很快 发展为败血症甚至脓毒血症。因此，脐带断端的护理是很重要的。在美中宜和医院，医护人员会很细心的进行消毒等措施，并且会细致的教会宝宝的家人如何护理好 脐带。当回家了以后，父母就可以正确的护理照顾，直至脐带干燥脱落为止。

　　每天清洁小肚脐

　　刚出生的小宝宝，脐窝里经常有分泌物，分泌物干燥后，会使脐窝和脐带的根部发生粘连，不容易清洁，脐窝里可能会出现脓液。所以，要彻底清洁小脐 窝。方法是：每天用棉签蘸上75%的酒精，一只手轻轻提起脐带的结扎线，另一只手用酒精棉签仔细在脐窝和脐带根部细细擦拭，使脐带不再与脐窝粘连。随后， 再用新的酒精棉签从脐窝中心向外转圈擦拭。清洁后别忘记把提过的结扎线也用酒精消消毒。

　　保持肚脐干爽

　　宝宝的脐带脱落前或刚脱落脐窝还没干燥时，一定要保证脐带和脐窝的干燥，因为即将脱落的脐带是一种坏死组织，很容易感染上细菌。所以，脐带一旦 被水或被尿液浸湿，要马上应用干棉球或干净柔软的纱布擦干，然后用酒精棉签消毒。脐带脱落之前，不能让宝宝泡在浴盆里洗澡。可以先洗上半身，擦干后再洗下 半身。

　　不要让纸尿裤或衣服摩擦脐带残端

　　脐带未脱或刚脱落时，要避免衣服和纸尿裤对宝宝脐部的刺激。可以将尿布前面的上端往下翻一些，以减少纸尿裤对脐带残端的摩擦。

　　如果脐带不脱落

　　一般情况下，宝宝的脐带会慢慢变黑、变硬，1～ 2周脱落。如果宝宝的脐带2周后仍未脱落，要仔细观察脐带的情况，只要没有感染迹象，如没有红肿或化脓，没有大量液体从脐窝中渗出，就不用担心。另外，可 以用酒精给宝宝擦拭脐窝，使脐带残端保持干燥，加速脐带残端脱落和肚脐愈合。

　　如果脐带有分泌物

　　愈合中的脐带残端经常会渗出清亮的或淡黄色黏稠的液体。这是愈合中的脐带残端渗出的液体，属于正常现象。脐带自然脱落后，脐窝会有些潮湿，并有 少许米汤样液体渗出，这是由于脐带脱落的表面还没有完全长好，肉芽组织里的液体渗出所致，用75%的酒精轻轻擦干净即可。一般一天1～2 次即可，2 ～3天后脐窝就会干燥。用干纱布轻轻擦拭脐带残端，也能加速肚脐的愈合。如果肚脐的渗出液像脓液或有恶臭味，说明脐部可能出现了感染，要带宝宝去

医院。

　　如果脐带发红

　　脐带残端一经脱落，肚脐就形成了。在脐带残端脱落的过程中，肚脐周围常常会出现轻微的发红，这是脐带残端脱落过程中的正常现象，不用担心。但是，如果肚脐和周围皮肤变得很红，而且用手摸起来感觉皮肤发热，那很可能是肚脐出现了感染，要及时带宝宝去看医生

CATS: does it recognize the SOPAC NEU ascii format time series?

The format of data files given in CATS examples is different from that of SOPAC products. The latter has 2 superfluous columns: 2nd-year, and 3rd-doy. I have convert the SOPAC format to CATS format to make it work.

Question: what's the meaning of CATS output?

The fan of my nx6300 laptop so loud.

My darling suggested to me that I should take it to have a check at the HP service station. But I didn't have time to go. At the same time, I cannot work without it. Bread fire in the microwave oven.

It scared me much that the bread got fire in the microwave oven. I put the bread with its package into the oven, and didn't loose the metal band which is used to bundle the bag and proved to be the source of the fire.

Today's recipe: you-men-da-xia (oil bored big shrimp), or oil-cooked shrimp.

Haha... Almost everyone said that there are more men than women in China. The ratio of Men to Women is about 115:100. However, the number of girls borne in hospital outnumbers that of boys. :)

How to change the menu langauge for IDL v7.0?

Solution:
Go to the start menu
Right-click on the IDL 7.0->IDL start menu and select Properties
Add the following to the target after the last "
-nl en

This should then launch the IDL workbench in English.

Different behavior of idate() in RHEL5 and Solaris 10.

The fortran function idate() return different array in RHEL5 and Solaris.
For JAN-04-2008, in RHEL5, it returns:
4 1 8
In Solaris 10 X86, it returns:
4 1 2008

So, problems may arise if you do not pad zeros ahead the number. To get to no-blank filename, you should use "I2.2,I2.2,I4.4" to get a formatted date string.

What's wrong with CMONOC 2000 321 data?

The gamit had run the session of 2000-321 for nearly half day, and it hasn't gotten a solution. What's wrong?
