I think I may get the answer:
ftp://garner.ucsd.edu/pub/combinations/globl/${year}/${doy}
There are autcln.cmd, station.info, sestbl. and sittbl. files in those folders. These are enough to do a gamit run, just another two files (process.defaults and sites.defaults) needed. ;)
